Dr. Betsy Sigmon

Dr. Betsy Sigmon founded Creature Comforts Animal Hospital in 1998. She is a 1981 Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine graduate and a Cary native. Dr. Sigmon is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, and is certified in canine and feline medicine, one of only 15 with this designation in North Carolina. This certification requires advanced training, research papers, and a successful completion of a rigorous examination. She was also North Carolina's Distinguished Veterinarian of the Year in 1991.
