Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, followed by clients with previously scheduled appointments.

If you are coming to our hospital for the first time, and your pets have been seen at another clinic, it is very helpful  if you request the previous veterinarian fax these medical records to us prior to your pet's appointment.  Otherwise, you should bring a copy of these records with you at the time of your appointment.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

If you are concerned about having your pet around other animals, please let the receptionist know immediately and we will be happy to move you to a private room.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.  We also accept CareCredit and will assist in the application process if needed.
